I have averaged 40-50 groups a year for 15 years and it's been a good business. The primary visitors stayed for Convention Center Events, Stadium Events and Holidays in the Inner Harbor.

The COVID Crisis has really put a dent in that clientele. As such, as of 9/9/2020 I am pursuing individual room rentals for Contract Nurses or comparable with 30 day minimum stays in a 3 bedroom home.

The home is a 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath 2100 sf urban loft row home. It's 14' wide in the front and about 70' long. The kitchen area and master bath up is narrower.

The home has full first floor, a full second floor and a loft bedroom on the third floor in the front half of the home. The basement has a full bedroom suite and storage.

- Basement - Bedroom and Bathroom in a Private Suite
- Second Floor - Very large Bedroom with the Master Bath outside the Bedroom at the other end of the Row Home.
- Third Floor - Loft Bedroom with a half bath, Shares the Master Bath for Shower purposes.
The Basement Bedroom is visibly and audibly private. The upper two bedrooms offer visible privacy. For normal volumes they are audibly private too, but the home has a loft design so in that sense it's more open than some are used to. My typical vacation rental group has 8-10 people. As long as everyone is living in a normal audible manner it is a non issue.

I am asking $1250/month/room. That includes all utilities and fees.

There is also a refundable $200 damage deposit collected at time of contract.

The contract is sent out via email. it is about 2 pages long and simply requires a response to the email for agreement.

Payment must be made in advance. Credit cards and Checks are fine although last minute bookings will require Credit Cards to confirm payment in advance.

The home is located at 627 S. Paca St. It's one of the most private streets in downtown Baltimore. It is not a through street and there is only one way in. It's a beautiful tree lined street offering a lot of privacy. It is a 1 mile walk to the Inner Harbor and within 5 miles of 6-7 hospitals. It is also only a 3 minute drive to the major highways and interstates heading south and 12 minutes to the airport. Again, see the vacation rental website for more details.
